Join PRC and our Zero Waste Pennsylvania team to learn how your business or institution can advance its solid waste and recycling goals with fiscally responsible strategies. This workshop will present TRUE, a rigorous new standard which moves beyond others by focusing on how we operate our businesses, factories and institutions.

TRUE (Total Resource Use & Efficiency) Zero Waste Certification enables facilities to define, pursue and achieve their Zero Waste goals while cutting their carbon footprint, supporting public health and maximizing profits. TRUE certification is offered through Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) a program for businesses to access performance in reducing waste and maximizing resource efficiency. GBCI continuing education credits will be available to attendees.

PRC is proud to partner with Green Building Alliance (GBA) and Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens to bring you this informative educational workshop. Attendees will learn from Stephanie Barger about the TRUE process and her pioneering work in the world of Zero Waste. Additional presentations will include case studies from early adopters of TRUE and other national leaders focused on how thoughtful waste management systems are protecting the environment and the bottom line.
