Sold Storage

  • All sold storage will be extended until we can fully re-open for business with no restrictions. No prior deadlines for pick up will be enforced. We are strongly encouraging customers to leave their purchases stored here at CJ until it is safe to arrange for picking them up.
  • We will not be charging storage fees at this time.

Inventory Text Line

  • CJ staff will be available to assist and answer questions 7 days a week between the hours of 9a – 5p.
  • We have set up a text line for direct assistance regarding items from our featured inventory page or other questions about available inventory. If you would like to inquire directly about an item that you see on our website, the quickest way to confirm the item for purchase is to:
  1. Copy the item page link(s) and paste directly into your text message.
  2. Text link(s) to 412.339.9450 along with your first name.
  3. Our staff will locate the item(s) in the store, confirm availability, and prepare for a phone transaction. You will then receive a reply from out staff regarding the status of the item(s) and ask if you have any questions.
  4. At this time, our staff will need to call you to assist further or process your credit card transaction over the phone.
  • You can also utilize this text line to ask questions regarding inventory that does not appear on our featured inventory page. We are trying to make it as simple as possible for you to interact with our staff, but we won’t always be able to answer the phone. Hopefully this text line will provide you with an easy way to ask questions and inquire about purchases. The more information you can provide us up front about what you are looking for will make it easier for us to assist without having to arrange to call you back.

    • Call us directly at 412.243.5025 ext. 10. (Make sure to enter this extension and do not attempt to navigate the directory. Many of our employees will not be keeping regular hours or will be working remotely and therefor unavailable to assist you.) Due to limited staffing, you may need to leave us a voicemail. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible in the order of calls received.

Every January you begin to accrue loyalty benefits.

When you’ve spent:

  • $250 you will get 3% off every CJ purchase until you reach
  • $1000, when  you will get 5% off every CJ purchase until you reach
  • $5000, when you will get 10% off every CJ purchase until you reach
  • $10,000, when you will get 15% off every CJ purchase.

The loyalty rewards earned expire on December 31st.

Also as part of the customer loyalty program, you will receive notices (not too many, we promise!) of special promotions, classes, events, and more good stuff to support reuse!

As an extra thanks to our most loyal shoppers, we’ll give you a little birthday bonus – 25% off when you shop with us on your birthday! (If you happen to have a birthday that coincides with a CJ closure, we will honor your birthday discount on the day immediately before or after. This is only applicable for a day that the store is closed. Can’t be combined with any other discount. Discount not applicable to “Constructed At The Junction” items.)

Construction Junction offers a 10% military discount for all active duty military, retirees, veterans, military spouses and family members. A valid military ID is required.

Can’t get it home right now?

Take advantage of our Storage Policy. We can store all your items from a single purchase for 7 days for a $5 fee. Storage fees are non-refundable. Missed Item Pick Ups: Items not picked up from storage within 7 days are returned to the sales floor. A store credit is issued to the customer less a 10% storage and handling fee.

See something you want but can’t make it to the store?

Call 412-243-5025 ext. 10 to make a credit card phone purchase. All phone sales incur a $5 storage fee. See above guidelines for the storage policy.

Return Policy

You may return an item for store credit only within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item’s in the same condition as when you bought it. A copy of your receipt is required.
